These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph365.vip ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph365.vip website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services.

To access the full range of services on ph365.vip, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on ph365.vip. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph365.vip account credentials, including your username and password. ph365.vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify ph365.vip immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Account verification: ph365.vip may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of payment method ownership.

ph365.vip accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:

• GCash
• PayMaya (Maya)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online transfer
• BDO (Banco de Oro) online transfer
• Metrobank online transfer

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on ph365.vip:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on ph365.vip is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
• Currency: All transactions on ph365.vip are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. ph365.vip does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be reversed and your account suspended.
• No credit: ph365.vip does not offer credit facilities. You may only play with funds that have been successfully deposited into your ph365.vip account.
• Processing time: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph365.vip account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.

Withdrawal requests on ph365.vip are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Verification requirement: ph365.vip may require full KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
• Same method policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ph365.vip reserves the right to request additional verification if a different withdrawal method is requested.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing time: ph365.vip aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.
• Wagering requirements: Funds derived from bonus credits may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting rollover conditions will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.
• Right to withhold: ph365.vip reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

ph365.vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions.
• One bonus per promotion: Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion will expire and be removed from your account automatically. ph365.vip is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.
• Game restrictions: Certain games on ph365.vip may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded from bonus play entirely. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse and fraud: ph365.vip reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and suspend or terminate accounts where bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is detected. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at ph365.vip's sole discretion.
• Modification and withdrawal: ph365.vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on ph365.vip — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, sports betting, and specialty games — are governed by the following general rules:

• Random Number Generators (RNG): All non-live games on ph365.vip use certified RNG technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including ph365.vip itself.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph365.vip, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on ph365.vip.

ph365.vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph365.vip account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph365.vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on ph365.vip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph365.vip collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph365.vip, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
